Fruit Dips

Active Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes plus thawing
Makes: 1 to 1-1/2 cups each

Strawberry Dip

1 container (6 ounces) strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup nondairy whipped topping, thawed

In small bowl, fold yogurt and whipped topping until well blended. Serve with sliced apples and/or pears for dipping.

Each tablespoon: about 20 calories, 0 g total fat,0 mg cholesterol, 5 mg sodium, 3 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber, 3 g sugars, 0 g protein

Peanut Butter Dip

1 container (6 ounces) vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1/8 teaspoon Schnucks ground cinnamon

In small bowl, fold yogurt, peanut butter, whipped topping and cinnamon until well blended. Serve with sliced apples and/or pears for dipping.
