Green Machine Smoothie

1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
1/2 fresh or frozen banana, peeled
1 cup fresh spinach or kale, thick stems removed
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup ice (optional)

In blender, add coconut water, orange juice, kiwi, banana, spinach, pineapple and ice, if using. Purée until smooth. Makes about 2 cups or 16 ounces.

Each cup: about 110 calories, 1 g total fat (0 g saturated),
0 mg cholesterol, 55 mg sodium, 26 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 15 g sugars, 2 g protein
