Active Time: 10 minutes • Total Time: 10 minutes plus chilling • Makes: about 2-1/4 cups

1 cup Schnucks dried cranberries
1/2 cup roasted and salted shelled pistachios
1 large apple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
1/4 cup sweet red wine, preferably Manischewitz Concord grape wine
3/4 teaspoon Schnucks ground cinnamon

In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse cranberries and pistachios until chopped. Add apple, wine and cinnamon and pulse until mixture is finely chopped. Transfer haroset to serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 1 day ahead.

Each 1/4 cup: about 32 calories, 2 g total fat
(1 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 18 mg sodium,
4 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein

Mixture can be doubled. Use haroset to accompany meat dishes or to spread over sandwiches or matzo.
