Schnucks nonstick cooking spray
1 package (11 ounces) vanilla wafer cookies
3 tablespoons Schnucks unsalted butter, melted
2/3 cup pineapple preserves
1-1/2 cups Schnucks sweetened coconut flakes
1 package (7 ounces) dried tropical fruit trio, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
1 package (2.25 ounces) chopped macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1 can (14 ounces) Schnucks sweetened condensed milk
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9-inch glass, ceramic or metal baking dish with cooking spray. In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse cookies 10 to 12 times or to coarse crumbs. Add butter; pulse 2 or 3 times or until combined. Press cookie mixture firmly into bottom of prepared dish to form crust.
2. Spread pineapple preserves evenly over cookie crust. Sprinkle with coconut, dried fruit and nuts; evenly drizzle condensed milk over top.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top browns. Cool in dish on wire rack 1 hour. Cut lengthwise into 4 strips, then cut each strip crosswise into 5 bars.
