Honey, Yogurt & Granola Parfaits

Active Time: 15 minutes • Total Time: 15 minutes • Serves: 4

1 package (2.25 ounces) nuts such as pecans, walnuts and/or slivered almonds, chopped if necessary (1/2 cup)
1/3 cup Schnucks dried cranberries, cherries and/or raisins
1/4 cup Schnucks old fashioned oats
1/2 cup Schnucks honey
2 cups Schnucks low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
1 Fuji, Cortland or Red Delicious apple

1. In small bowl, combine nuts, cranberries and oats. In each of four 10-ounce parfait glasses or dessert bowls, layer 2 tablespoons honey, 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup nut mixture. Parfaits can be prepared to this point up to 2 hours in advance; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. With largest holes of box grater, grate unpeeled apple. Top each parfait with apple; serve immediately.

Each serving: about 389 calories, 14 g total fat (1 g saturated),
8 mg cholesterol, 80 mg sodium, 65 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber,
7 g protein
