2 small lemons
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup Schnucks unsalted butter (2 sticks), cut into small pieces
1. From lemons, squeeze 1/4 cup juice. Into blender, add lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper and purée 1 minute or until garlic is finely chopped, occasionally scraping sides of blender with rubber spatula.
2. Place butter in small microwave-safe bowl covered with paper towel; heat in microwave oven on high 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until melted. With blender running, slowly pour melted butter into blender through center part of lid and purée 30 seconds or until mixture is thick and smooth. Transfer sauce to serving bowl and serve immediately.
