Slow Cooker 5-Ingredient Beer Chili

In large skillet, cook 1-3/4 pounds ground beef over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until browned, breaking up beef with side of spoon; drain drippings. Transfer beef to 4- to 5-quart slow cooker; stir in 2 (15- to 16-ounce) cans chili beans, undrained, 2 (15.5-ounce) jars Schnucks mild or medium chunky salsa, 1 (12-ounce) bottle Mexican-style beer (such as Corona® Extra) and 2 sliced medium jalapeño peppers.

Cover and cook on high 4 to 5 hours (low 7 to 8 hours) or to desired consistency. Serve chili topped with garnishes such as chopped cilantro, chopped red onions, diced tomatoes, Schnucks shredded Cheddar cheese, Schnucks sour cream and/or thinly sliced radishes. Serves 6.
