Turkey Sloppy Joes

1 tablespoon Schnucks canola oil
1 red or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 2/3 cup)
4 green onions, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 garlic cloves, minced (about 2 teaspoons)
1 package (16 ounces) fresh ground turkey
1 can (14.5 ounces) Schnucks diced tomatoes with garlic and onions, drained
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco® sauce (or more for additional heat)
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, onions and garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

2. Add ground turkey and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until turkey loses its pink color throughout, breaking up turkey with side of spoon. Stir in tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and Tabasco. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until most liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. Stir in cilantro. Serve over Johnny Corn Cakes.
