Lunchbox Hero Bars

Total Time: 15 minutes plus chilling
Schnucks nonstick cooking spray
1 package (6 ounces) dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
1 package (2.25 ounces) sliced almonds (about ½ cup)
1/2 cup Schnucks dried cherries
1/2 teaspoon Schnucks ground cinnamon
1. Line 9-inch square baking pan with waxed paper or parchment paper so it extends 1 inch over each end of pan. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
2. In food processor, with knife blade attached, pulse dates, almonds, cherries and cinnamon until all ingredients are finely chopped and well blended. Press date mixture firmly into prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
3. Pull paper with date mixture out of pan and transfer to cutting board. Slice into 4 even strips, then cut each strip in half to form bars. Makes 8 bars.
